Enrolled in Medicaid
Uninsured (no health insurance)
American Indian or Alaska Native
Underinsured (insurance does not cover vaccines and served at an FQHC or Rural Health Clinic)
Note: No, your child does not have to be on Medicaid to qualify
How It Works

3. Bring Your Child In for their appointment
Vaccines are provided at no cost. A small administration fee may apply, which can be billed to Medicaid or waived if needed
